WasmBootstrapProvider

Bootstrap provider that performs DNSSEC-validated DNS resolution using the browser’s Fetch API to query DNS-over-HTTPS (DoH) providers directly. This is the WASM equivalent of DnssecBootstrapProvider which uses hickory-resolver for native targets.
